Tinca Polderman is Associate Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and of Clinical Developmental Psychology in Amsterdam. She is interested in the etiology of neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism and ADHD and their co-occurring symptoms. Her excellent track record on research in genetics, Autism and ADHD is illustrated with publications in e.g., Nature Genetics, Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Autism. Tinca is project leader of a large Dutch child and adolescent psychiatric research sample, and she leads the genetic research line of the Netherlands Autism Register. In addition, she is member of the Autism workgroup of the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium.
